AVOW (Advancing Voices of Women) was founded in 2017 by four nonpartisan Fort Wayne women concerned about the decline in civility in politics and the public square; the lack of women in elected positions in our local, state, and national government; and the need for women's voices to be around every table where decisions were made. AVOW's goals are to promote civility and encourage women to become more engaged in public life. AVOW is registered as a 501c4 organization and has become a CALL TO ACTION for all women to GET INVOLVED.
